10 Years of Stockdale Prinstaff

It was the lack of a quality casual staffing company in the print industry that inspired me to establish Stockdale Personnel in 2001, in partnership with my mother, Marian - a true family business.
Motivated by my own close-knit family and admiration for successful entrepreneurs, I shaped the business to be a place where people could enjoy coming to work and feel proud to be part of something special.
After opening our Box Hill office in Melbourne, it didn’t take long to place our first candidate, a multi colour printer at McPherson Printing in Mulgrave. Here we established what would eventually become the best pool of job candidates available to the print industry in Australia’s two biggest markets, Sydney and Melbourne.
Over the next few years, we focused on living up to our stated values and principles. We treated employees like family and never let our clients down.
In 2006 we opened our Sydney office in Hurstville, and set our sights firmly on becoming the best print recruiter in Australia. By the end of that same year we were supplying staff in all areas of the industry from graphic prepress and printing through to bindery and despatch.
Today, we’re a successful company achieving our goals, but have neither lost our passion or compromised our values. If anything, we’re more passionate than ever about the print industry and serving the needs of our clients.
The first 10 years have been fantastic for the entire Stockdale Printstaff family, and the next 10 years will be even better.
